The opportunity
Obra Health is building a world-class team. As Founding Head of Growth, you will own Obra’s go-to-market flywheel end-to-end. From acquisition to activation to retention — you will build the growth engine, data dashboards, test & scale channels, and drive the growth mindset across the company.
This is a builder role: you build the machine, then you scale it.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the growth strategy and key metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, cohort performance, funnel conversion.
- Build & optimise the full funnel: landing → consult booking → e-Rx → fulfilment → follow-up.
- Launch paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and test organic channels (community, influencers, referrals).
- Establish measurement, tracking and dashboard systems: set up experiment frameworks, rapid iteration loops, data-driven decisions.
- Partner with Product/Tech, Clinical Ops, Pharmacy to ensure growth is aligned with product, supply and compliance.
- Lead content & brand growth: storytelling, narratives, creator partnerships, community build-out.
- Build and lead the growth team (performance marketer, content specialist, data analyst) over first 12 months.
- Own budget & ROI for growth spend; report to CEO
About you
- Experience:
- 5+ years building growth/acquisition in a consumer-facing startup (health-tech, D2C or similar)
- Systems builder: comfortable with ambiguity, build processes rather than just execute
- High ownership, founder-grade mentality: scrappy, fast, ambitious
- Excellent communication: works cross-functionally, speaks “growth & data” and also “ops & compliance”
