We’re hiring a mission-driven Founding Clinical Operations Lead to join Obra’s founding team — the group reimagining preventive healthcare in the Philippines.

Each day, you’ll shape the systems that make safe, high-quality obesity and metabolic care accessible to thousands of Filipinos — from the way doctors onboard, to how medications are dispensed, to how patients experience our telehealth platform.
You’ll work closely with our medical director, pharmacists, engineers, and growth team to design scalable operations from the ground up.
Example responsibilities
- Design and co-create the end-to-end clinical experience — from intake and teleconsult to e-Rx, medication delivery, and follow-ups.
- Implement and optimize protocols, KPIs, and feedback loops to monitor patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Develop scalable systems for physician and nurse recruitment, onboarding, and quality audits.
- Evaluate and partner with vendors for diagnostics, pharmacies, and logistics — ensuring FDA/DOH/NPC compliance across the chain.
- Collaborate with the product team to design workflows in ObraOS (e-consults, prescriptions, case reviews, EMR integrations).
- Build and manage the clinical support team (care coordinators, nurses, coaches) with clear playbooks and accountability.
- Standardize SOPs and escalation paths for patient safety, adverse-event reporting, and data-privacy compliance (RA 10173).
- Work cross-functionally with growth, product, and pharmacy ops to balance speed, safety, and scale.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in operations, healthcare delivery, or startup scaling.
- Systems thinker with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excited by healthcare innovation and the idea of building structure in an unstructured space.
- Based in the Philippines, with the ability to manage both remote teams and on-site operations.
