The opportunity
We’re hiring an exceptional Medical Director to join Obra’s founding team. Each day, you’ll lead our clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality metabolic and hormonal care — helping shape the future of obesity and preventive medicine in the Philippines.
You will design our clinical protocols, oversee prescription standards, and help us build the clinical infrastructure to serve thousands of Filipinos through telehealth and pharmacy integration.
You’ll collaborate closely with our engineers, pharmacists, and growth team to ensure everything we build — from consultations to medication fulfillment — is clinically sound, compliant, and impactful.
This role can start part-time (10–20 hrs/week) and evolve into a full-time position as we scale nationwide.
You'll report directly to Obra's CEO Joachim Leandro Del Castillo
